Programs Assistant
The Carle is seeking a Programs Assistant to support the Education Department. Working under the direct supervision of the Program Coordinator, this position will coordinate registration of all group programs, workshops, and classes as well as provide administrative and clerical support for the successful execution of a variety of education events. This position will also lead guided gallery programs following the Museum’s established pedagogy.

Successful candidates will be technically savvy, well organized and willing to pitch in to get the job done. Must be flexible, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must demonstrate superior oral and written communication skills as well as a successful track record working with the public, especially children and families.


Applicants should have a BA or equivalent experience. This non-benefited position is 20 hours a week including occasional evenings and weekends.
