A Russian tale adapted by Bronja Zahlingen. Once upon a time, there lived a mother and a father who had two little children: a little girl and a little boy, who was still lying in the cradle. One day, the little girl gladly promised her parents that she would look after her little brother while they went to town. Soon after the parents left for town, the little girl forgot her promise, and she danced away into the meadow. As soon as she was gone, the wild swan geese came flying by, picked up the baby boy and went flying away. The little girl must accept the gifts and help of friends if she is to find her baby brother and bring him safely home again.
