Registration policies

• Programs are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Because of limited enrollment, early registration is advised.
• Programs may be canceled due to insufficient enrollment. A decision will be made one week before the start of the program.
• For children’s classes, age limits must be respected. Curriculum is designed for the specific age range.
• Students should arrive no more than 15 minutes before class. There is no supervision provided for children before or after classes.
• There are no make-up classes for student absences.
• Cancellations due to teacher illness or inclement weather will be rescheduled.
• Full refunds will be given for programs canceled by the Museum.
• Refund requests received one week prior to the start of the program will be honored in full (less a $15 processing fee.)
• Refund requests received 6 days to 24 hours prior to the start of the program will receive a 50% refund (less a $15 processing fee.)
• No refunds will be issued less than 24 hours prior to the start of the program.
