This Reservation Form does not guarantee availability. You will receive an email confirmation of the date and time of your program. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks, please email programs@carlemuseum.org.

Booking begins the first of May for the upcoming school year. We do not provide Guided Programs during the months of July and August nor during Massachusetts public school vacation weeks. Please see Self-Guided Programs to book a group visit during those times.
