Making Art Together

Inkblot Creatures

Every Art Studio intern at The Carle designs a special one-day art activity for Museum guests with the guidance and assistance of the Art Studio Educators. Laurie, one of our summer interns, hosted a special Studio activity exploring symmetry and color. Here is her report on the day.

Make Your Own Foam Stamp

Printmaking is a fun, open-ended process for image-making. Stamping is a kinesthetically satisfying and approachable form of printmaking, so it's a great fit for many of our projects in the Art Studio and at home. In one of our Every Day Art Projects, we offered our guests at The Carle a chance to make their own stamp. You can easily make stamps like we do in the Art Studio
