Family Collage Workshop

Diana MacKenzie

Last weekend a few creative families joined us for two hours of collaging together!

We did a few collage exercises to get our imaginations warmed up.

We worked with lots of colorful paper we layered,

glued,

tore,

snipped,

stamped,

and arranged.

The workshop was a lot of fun, and inspired by the animals and characters by Eric Carle, and other collage picture book artists like Simms Taback and Lois Ehlert.

Making Art with Children is generously sponsored by the Massachusetts Educational Financing Authority.
