About 40 staff members, both full- and part-time, make up The Carle. Some work in front of the public, some are behind the scenes, and some do both. We are committed to the Museum’s exciting picture book mission and our desire to grow its influence around the world. We are always looking for dedicated professionals coming from museum, education, arts, and publishing fields who are excited about making a difference in the lives of children—and their adults!
