Access Pass Program

The Carle invites 501(c)3 non-profit social service agencies who support families to join our Access Pass Program. Our goal is to support community, collaboration, and creativity, and to give more families access to The Carle to experience art and books.

To be eligible for the Access Pass Program, social service agencies must have proof of 501(c)3 status, have a mission focused on supporting families, and be located in Hampshire, Hampden, or Franklin County. We suggest social service agencies enroll in the program one month in advance of distributing Access Passes to families.

Access Pass Enrollment Form

Once enrolled in the Access Pass Program, the organization will receive an Access Pass via email, which can be printed and provides free museum admission for up to 10 people. We suggest a 1 to 4 adult to child ratio. Each Access Pass is coded to ensure privacy for families and can be used any time the Museum is open. Passes are non-transferable to outside organizations, but can be duplicated and distributed to any family served by the Access Pass partner organization. Passes are not valid for ticketed events.

Access Pass organizations will be asked to re-enroll on an annual basis to ensure that The Carle has updated records and that the organization receives the yearly admission pass.

The Access Pass program is part of The Carle Community Fund, created in 2018 to make The Carle more affordable and accessible to families, schools, and educators.
